As soon as you reach us, we set an appointment and carefully listen to you and determine your needs with our design team. Then, we visit your space, take the necessary measurements and photographs. For those out of town, we give this service online.
Following the taking of measurements, our team prepares the best design solutions to satisfy your needs. We prepare alternative presentations for all your needs from selections of decorative products, from lightning to carpets.
After we select the products over the presentations with you, we select the fabrics and varnish colors which best fit your space. As we send you home with the ease of mind having made all the selections, we start production. We deliver the products that have been produced in our atelier with utmost care in approximately 6 weeks depending on our workload and order volume.

When your products are ready, our team with our private vehicle knocks your door for delivery and assembly. We do not consider our work done after delivery. Your after-sales satisfaction is of utmost importance to us, so we stand by you at all possible issues after sales.
